Every new year, we work on our resolutions. We spend our time decluttering, making all things new, leaving the past behind. Those are great to start with but how many of those list we truly consistently do that last up to a month? Are there any effective ways to make things happen? #lifegoals
When I say to myself that I will wake up every 5:30am to walk, it didn't happen. I wake up past 7am or as late as 11am. Even though I follow the rituals of going to bed early, I still can't make it at 5am. What was missing? It's not my desire to wake up early, it's because I have to. I didn't make it as my heart's desire to wake up early everyday. I'm going to talk a little bit of the Why Power. Instead of creating a long list of to do's, I have to ask myself first why am I doing it? I am determined to feel good everyday and not to feel stressed out so that's why I have to wake up every morning to get a daily dose of serotonin, one of the happiness hormones.

You can also apply the Why Power to your life.  When I wanted to recreate my life on passion and purpose, I asked myself, "what do I want to feel?" I wanted to feel accomplished, whole and connected with myself. Instead of asking how will I do it, I started asking why would I do it? My actions resulted to being connected accomplished and whole on all of the things I do everyday.

I'm saying it again, instead of creating a long list of to do's. Ask yourself first what you want to feel? It's either getting a job, a promotion, moving to a new house or rebuilding your life all over again, what do you want to feel? Do you want to feel happy when you get a promotion? Do you want to feel abundant when you get that job? Do you want to feel secure when you are recreating your life now? Start acting like one today. You have to accept that you are abundant, happy and secure right now. And when you feel stuck or hitting the rock bottom, remember the "why you are doing it?".

The energy that we put out in the world also attracts that things that we want to have. If you are showing the world sadness, desolation and pain, you will see nothing but these things but if you see the world as endless opportunities then you are in store for limitless possibilities. (I have lots of stories of how these things manifested to me, moving to a new country, living the life that I want. More on next post).

If you want to start creating the life that you want right now, here are some tools to help you kickstart the new you.
