We may all have the list of things that we want to have, we want to do but what's keeping us from achieving those things?
When you reset your life, when you start all over again, you will promise to yourself that you will have it no matter what it takes especially if you hit the rock bottom. But when you surpassed the phase of rock bottom, we forget the why power, we forget the promises we made to ourselves and sabotage our goals of resetting or starting all over again. We come back to what is comfortable and convenience to us. #limitingbeliefs
I always tell myself that I need a fresh start but I ended up going back to what I'm used to - easy, comfort, and all things that are familiar to me. Why? because as humans we fear the unknown, the future, the uncertainty and the things that are new to us. When I found myself repeating the same cycle that I'm sick of, I knew I had to make a decision to let go.
Are you in a job where you go home exhausted and not happy? Are you in a relationship right now whether it's a friend, family or loved ones that is always hot and cold? Do you have a difficult mother, father or siblings that you wish to end but couldn't because you keep telling yourself they are still family? Do you find yourself that you keep going back to the old habits when you already said you had enough? It's time to make that decision and stick to it.
When I decided that I had to end it with my narcissist, I firmly made a conscious choice not to go back to the comfortable cycle. I struggled at first since that things that I got used to were all gone. But all I know what was left is me, that I'm the only one who can change my life. I started to find what feels good to me. From buying new furnitures, comfortable bed, anything that makes me feel like home. I splurged expensive things for myself whether it's eating out, long vacation or buying home decors or pairs of shoes. Time flies that I didn't notice I checked everything that's on my list. I become a complete new human being. I never been so empowered, happy and inspired living my life to the fullest.
How to get from point A to point B?
What's the secret? Gabrielle Bernstein is an author and spiritual mentor who teaches about manifesting is the key to get what you want and also the author of The Universe Has Your Back where most of her books are telling us that we have to clear those things that hinder us, limit us to grow so we can achieve our full potential. When I ended my relationship, I thought what will happen to me? Same thing when we lost that huge client, a potential business partner or a job. We hold on to those belief that they are the key to make our lives happy and successful. When we hold on to the things that are not meant for us, we cannot receive the abundant blessings of what the universe has in store for us.
When we try to control things, when we don't want to let go, when we keep on obsessing because we thought that's the one for us, we deserve it, we have to get it. Instead of getting a smooth landing to our destination, we will experience long detours and bumpy roads because we want to make things work by ourselves. We don't trust and let the universe takes it's course. We are so stubborn that we can't even see the signs.
Now, do you hear yourself complain "why life is so hard?", "why I can't make it work?" or you keep beating yourself "why I kept doing the stupid mistake?".
The energy that we exudes is also the same energy that is attracted to us. Our body has all forms of energy. Our emotions - energy in motion, a flowing energy attracting all living things. When you have high vibrations and positive outlook, you will attract the same group of people and beliefs.
You have to make it clear to yourself what do you want the most and no matter what it takes, you have to get there. You have to dismiss the ideas and thoughts of you are not good enough, you can't make it, you don't have enough or capability to do it. You will be surprised how far you can go. Remember that the universe is always working with you.
