"If only I can get a better job..
If only they will notice my talent..
I wish I can afford this and that so I can start my own business..
If only they are not giving me a hard time right now.. I wish."
Do we have many "if only" and "I wish" in our lives that we stop living in our present moment? What are we waiting for?

Are we waiting for the time to stop so we can catch up on our dreams? #itisnow #whatarewewaitingfor

We are waiting for the right moment. For that perfect time. But the question is when will that be? When I was still studying, I can't wait to finish school so that I can work and buy whatever I want. Now that I'm working, I can't wait to start my own business and now that I'm starting my own business, I wanted to go back to school. How ironic. What's the need to rush? Is life a race? Why we are rushing to get to where we want and see at the end of the rainbow, there's nothing special like what we thought it would be. We missed out life's experiences and for some, lost their time on waiting for things, situations to come up at their so called "perfect timing".
For me, I learned the hardest way that there is no such thing as perfect timing. We have to be patience in life. It will lead you to where you want to be or want to have by savouring the present moment. I can't wait to finished from college so I can work and live independently. At the same time, I missed out the experience of being a student. Why? I did not cherish the moment when I was at school. My brain was fast forwarding to the future - to work. I can't turn back time and say to my older self, "hey I wish I did..".
I can't recall past events of how it felt like being a student, who were my classmates and so on.. Same thing when you've met me 5 years ago. I can't remember situations and scenarios for that day, within those weeks, months, and year. I thought I have an illness of forgetfulness lol, but it's just me who skipped those moments.

There were also times that I let the days passed by because I was waiting for things to happen - for that perfect day to happen. There's no such thing as a perfect day. We have to create it, and it starts now. Are we waiting for the perfect opportunity? Why should we wait for the right things to happen when you are the one responsible to write your own script called - your life. It all starts with you.
